The commercial electrical department of Neo Electric is proud to be a part of the remodel for Seacoast Bank in Jacksonville, FL.

This project consisted of providing temporary power and lighting for demolition work. Demolishing and removing existing circuitry not required for the final installation. Furnishing and installing the following new equipment: 

• New circuitry as indicated on plans
• Wiring for power and lighting circuits as indicated on plans 
• New light fixtures
• Single gang boxes 
• New TRIPP LITE Open Frame Rack,2-Post: 25 Rack Units, Floor Mount, 49 in x 20 1/4 in x 4 3/4 in, 2-Post IT rack and 48-port patch panel
• (2) 2” conduit sleeves
• Addressable Relay Module to release doors upon fire alarm activation
• All low voltage stubs and back boxes

Plus, electrical permits and fees and fireproofing of all electrical penetrations. 

The commercial electrical department of Neo Electric is proud to be doing an interior renovation for Carmax Store #7260 in Jacksonville, FL.

This project consisted of providing temporary power and lighting as required for demolition and removing all existing circuitry not required for the final installation. Furnishing and installing the following new equipment: 

• (1) 480V, 3-phase primary to 208Y/120V, 3-phase secondary, 45kVA transformer (1) 225A, 208/120V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 10kAIC panelboard labeled “LCPB” (1) 225A, 208/120V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 10kAIC panelboard labeled “RA” 
• New electrical circuitry as indicated on the plans.  
• All wiring for power and lighting systems per the plans. Plus, owner-furnished light fixtures 
• Four (4) new exit light fixtures 
• Ceiling- and wall-mounted occupancy sensors
• New floor outlets. Remove and replace devices in the business office as required to accommodate new millwork. Relocate existing RTU thermostats 
• New receptacles
• Power poles to supply Wiremold systems 
• All low-voltage rough-in, including conduits, back boxes, and stub-outs. Include all required electrical permits and associated fees.
• Provide firestopping/fireproofing for all electrical penetrations.

The commercial electrical department of Neo Electric is proud to have completed the electrical system for Aging True in Jacksonville, FL.

This project consisted of providing temporary power and lighting for demolition work. Demolishing and removing existing circuitry not required for the final installation. Furnishing and installing the following new equipment: 

• CT cabinet 
• 1200A Main Distribution Panel (MDP) 
• (3) 400A sub-panels 
• (3) 225A sub-panels 
• GC-provided automatic transfer switch (ATS) per the one-line diagram 
• GC-provided generator per the one-line diagram.
• Secondary conduits and feeders 
• JEA-provided primary conduits 
• New circuitry as indicated on the plans
• Wiring for power and lighting circuits as indicated on the plans
• Disconnect switches as required for mechanical equipment
• New light fixtures, exit signs, and associated controls
• Cord reel receptacles per Drawing E401, Note 4
• Low-voltage stubs, conduits, and back boxes
• Fireproof all electrical penetrations
